If you want something different, you have to be something different!
That truth has stuck with me since I first heard it many years ago.
Actually, the way I heard it was, “As he thinks in his heart so is he…” (Proverbs 23:7)
I have been a long time believer that in order to ‘be’ something different, I had to think differently! John does a great job leading you down path’s of truth to help you accomplish just that, to think differently.
Yes, you can think differently! And I promise, if you start thinking differently your entire world will change!
What you meditate (think) on goes into your heart (beliefs), and from what is in your heart (beliefs) is what comes out, A.K.A. your life.
If you know you want to change, this book is a great place to start down the path to thinking differently!
Your thinking, more than anything else, shapes the way you live. It’s really true, if you change your thinking you can change your life.
…John C. Maxwell
At the heart of John C. Maxwell’s brilliant and inspiring book is a simple premise: To do well in life, we must first think well. But can we actually learn new mental habits? Thinking for a Change answers that with a resounding “yes” — and shows how changing your thinking can indeed change your life. Focused Thinking — removing mental clutter and distractions to realize your full potential. Creative Thinking — stepping out of the “box” and making breakthroughs. Shared Thinking — working with others to compound results. – Reflective Thinking — looking at the past to gain a better understanding of the future …and much more. Here America’s most trusted and admired motivational teacher examines the very foundation of success and self-transformation. Illuminating and life-changing, Thinking for a Change is a unique primer not on what to think, but how to best use one of your most precious possessions: your mind.
